If you travel often and far you might have noticed how flights affect your skin in different ways. Today we’re taking a look at how to take care of your skin on long-distance flights.
We can’t help you with the air on the plane, the stress of traveling, the few hours of sleep and the unhealthy meals you eat days before a trip, but we can give you some tips so that you at least don’t worry about your skin when you land.
Before the Flight
1. Enjoy a long sleep that rejuvenates you
If you get little sleep, the immune system is weakened. Getting a good night’s sleep before traveling will help you feel more relaxed and energized. Pamper yourself and relax the day before by taking a bath, do a yoga session or start reading a good book. In this way you will start the holidays better.
